Wedding Guidelines
Congratulations on your plans to be joined together in the Sacrament of Marriage! Here is a guide for planning your wedding at the Church of Saint Mary.
Step 1
Contact Father Stuart Crevcoure or Father Vince Fernandez to schedule your wedding. Even if you wish to use a priest not affiliated with the Church of Saint Mary for your wedding, you must contact one of our priests for approval. Call the church office to speak with a specific priest or to ask for assistance arranging for a priest to help you schedule and prepare for your wedding.

Step 2
Please contact our Catholic Wedding Liturgy Assistant, Maureen Goree, who will walk you through the logistics and preparations necessary for celebrating your wedding at the Church of Saint Mary. Complete the Wedding Outline with details about your wedding and it will automatically be forwarded to Maureen Goree.
The Wedding Liturgy Assistant will also confirm your facilities needs and collect any fees required by the church. The following fees will apply to your use of the church or chapel for the wedding ceremony:
- Church/Chapel Parishioner Rate* $250.00
- Church/Chapel Non-parishioner Rate $350.00
*A parish member is defined as a registered/contributing member for a minimum of six months.

Step 3
Music
Please contact the parish Music Director to assist you in planning the music for your wedding. Please review the Wedding Music Guidelines for more information about the many options for your wedding music and the associated fees. Even If you wish to use an outside musician to play for your wedding, you must contact the Music Director for approval.

Streaming and Recording your Wedding
The Church of Saint Mary offers live streaming and recording. Videos are high quality produced from a four camera system that captures audio from the church’s microphones. The stream will be live about fifteen minutes before the wedding begins. Replays will be available on YouTube in perpetuity.
- Live Streamed Wedding (outside of Mass): $150
- Live Streamed Wedding (outside of Mass) with a MP4 file: $200
- Live Streamed Wedding (with Mass): $200
- Live Streamed Wedding (with Mass) with a MP4 file: $250
- Recording only: $150
