Praying for our Seminarians

Let’s pray for our seminarians. During Mass on June 10 & 11, ushers will pass around a basket of prayer cards. Each card features a photo and some information about one of the seminarians for our Diocese. It’s a reverse collection.

Last weekend, Bishop Konderla ordained two men to the priesthood and announced that he will ordain one more this summer. He challenges all of us to find three new men to enter the seminary.

While we’re talking about vocations, the Vocations Office puts on a weekend retreat for single men and women, 17 to 45, who are thinking how they can best serve God. It’s called the Life Awareness Project.
