Diocese of Tulsa conducts collection for Puerto Rico Catholics

The Diocese of Tulsa is conducting a second collection on January 19 & 20 to benefit the Catholic Church in Puerto Rico.

The devastating effects of current natural disasters in Puerto Rico have left the Church in the island in a state of emergency. Churches and parish facilities are no longer able to host the faithful for faith formation activities, prayers, and liturgies. In solidarity with the Church in Puerto Rico, the Presbyteral Council has recommended Bishop Konderla to conduct a second collection to support this cause on January 19-20, 2019. This collection will benefit specifically Nuestra Senora del Mar Chapel in Barceloneta.
