Council of Catholic Women to meet this week

Gary Highberger is speaking at a Council of Catholic Women meeting this week. Mr. Highberger is the Director of Porta Caeli House, a Catholic house of palliative care.

10:00 a.m.  Meeting begins with Opening Prayer

10:30 a.m.  Guest Speaker – Gary Highberger

11:30 a.m.    Mass, Lunch, Short Business Meeting

2:30 p.m.     End of Day

 

Cost is $10 (includes lunch).

 

The National Council of Catholic Women acts through its membership to support, empower, and educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership, and service. The charitable giving projects of the Tulsa CCW include Water for Life, two Birthright Chapters, and The Infirm Priests. Since the Church of Saint Mary is an affiliated member of the NCCW, all women of the parish share membership in the organization.

The next meeting will be held Thursday, September 27, 2018 at St. Pius X Church in Tulsa. Registration is at 9:30 a.m. The meeting begins at 10:00 a.m.
