Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW)
CLOW models the profession of faith and underscore the importance of Sacred Scripture in our weekend Mass for the young children of our parish.
The Children’s Liturgy of the Word catechist teams plan and lead this young children-oriented Liturgy of the Word during the Sunday 10:30 a.m. Mass. Children K-2nd grade follow the catechists to the Marian Chapel to read and discuss the scripture at an age- appropriate level. The children return to the church for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
Adults commit to at least one weekend per month and service opportunities are available for students in 8th grade and older to support the adult catechists.
