Holy matrimony is an incredibly beautiful sacrament, but one that requires an extensive premarital preparation class to fully understand the commitment you are truly making in a Christian marriage. We would love for the Church of Saint Mary to be your wedding venue, but we ask that you fill out our form to receive information and meet with our wedding coordinator well in advance of your planned wedding date.

Want to get Married at Church of Saint Mary?

Step 1: Contact the Church Office

Call the church office to speak to one of our priests, Father Stuart Crevcoure or Father Vince Fernandez. The priest will help you schedule and prepare for your wedding. Even if you wish to use a priest not affiliated with the Church of Saint Mary for your wedding, you must contact one of our priests for approval.

Step 2: Contact the Wedding Liturgy Assistant

Please fill out the form below and contact our Catholic Wedding Liturgy Assistant, Maureen Goree, by calling the parish office at 918-749-1423 x153. She will walk you through the logistics and preparations necessary for celebrating your wedding at the Church of Saint Mary, including confirming your facilities needs and collecting any fees associated with your wedding.

Church/Chapel Active Parishioner Rate*: $250.00
Church/Chapel Non-Parishioner Rate: $350.00
Parish Hall Rate

*An active parishioner is defined as registered, contributing member for a minimum of six months.

Step 3: Confirm Facility Needs

Our Catholic Wedding Liturgy Assistant will also walk you through the logistics and preparations necessary for celebrating your wedding at the Church of Saint Mary. Including confirming your facilities needs and collecting any fees that will apply to your use of the church, chapel, or parish hall for the wedding ceremony and/or reception:

Step 4: Meet with the Priest and Begin Marriage Preparation

Once you contact a priest, he will meet with you personally to confirm the date and time for the wedding ceremony and rehearsal and will work with you to begin your marriage preparation program.

Step 5: Contact the Music Director

Contact the parish Music Director, Lyndon Meyer, at 918-749-1423 x120 to assist you in planning the music for your wedding. Please review the Wedding Music Guidelines for more information about the many options for your wedding music and the associated fees. Even If you wish to use an outside musician to play for your wedding, you must contact the Music Director for approval.

Step 6: Request Recording and/or Streaming of Your Wedding

Contact our Communications Director, Lauren Suarez, at 918-749-1423 x105 to inquire about recording or live streaming your ceremony. Videos are high quality, produced from a four-camera system that captures audio from the church’s microphones. Replays will be available on YouTube in perpetuity.
