MaryFair 2023-An Enchanted Weekend~Discover the magic of our community.

Welcome to MaryFair 2023, An Enchanted Weekend-Discover the magic of our community! We are thrilled to reunite our parish and school community for our biggest community celebration and fundraiser. Please save the dates of Saturday, October 7th and 8th for our Dinner & Auction and the free All-Parish Picnic.

MaryFair benefits our school and parish in a number of ways. To name a few, it contributes funds our Education Trust Fund and scholarships, allows for facility updates and special projects, and technology upgrades. Most important benefit of this event is celebrating our great community and growing friendships. There are many ways to get involved in our 15th annual MaryFair weekend!

Place To Be PartiesMaryFair Enchanted Ever After Party (available for purchase now), Trivia Night, 90’s Party, Dinner with Father Duy, Preschool Pajama Party, Sushi Night at ITR Vu, Whisky, BBQ and Cigars with Father Stuart and Father Vince, Christmas Skate Party, a Color Run, and many more! There are parties for adults and kids, and it’s a great way to get connected.

Pick up for Silent Auction is in the Maria Goretti room in the Parish Hall on Wednesday, October 11th from 7am-6pm

DINNER & AUCTION begins at 6pm, on Saturday, October 7th immediately following mass. Cocktails and hors d’oeurves will be served. Dinner will be at 715pm, followed by Live Auction at 8pm (ish). Must be registered to bid on Live Auction items, or have a bidder by proxy. We have dining experiences, a Golden Doodle, vacation homes and more! HAVE A DESIGNATED DRIVER, UBER OR LYFT TO MARYFAIR–We want all of our people to get home safely and keep others safe too.

FREE PARISH PICNIC will be the following day after 1030am mass, Sunday, October 8th from 1130am-130pm. A free barbeque lunch will be provided by the Church of Saint Mary and our very own, Knights of Columbus. Please bring the kids and visit all the games and goodies were have in store for them!
